Ownership of shares with house money.. The fact that these law firms just bring lawsuits on ever company take is getting crushed is this bear market is a red flag.. Also they are basing their lawsuit from an article published by the London times on January 10th, nearly a month after the company reported on dec 7th.. If these law firms were serious these lawsuit claims would have been filed much earlier and they would have been the ones to find any wrong doing in the annual report.

Their claims are based off of didn't reporting standards for international companies that do business in the US.. They company was compliant with US but was out of compliance from UK standards.. These lawyers are picking at straws here.. Many other lawsuits could have been filed for manipulative short attacks started by motley fool, specifically Todd Campbell..

All and all I think the verdict of these lawsuits fail to do any harm to shareholders.. What is harming shares more is the news feeds consistently stating that a lawsuit maybe filed by so and so law firm..

Investors who lost $100,000 or more from the 6% decline of the Jan 10th article are now down 20%.. That's far to shareholders? These law firms collectively have caused more shareholder loss then the company ever has
